About appointments

CANCELLING OR POSTPONING AN APPOINTMENT

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, you must give a day’s notice. For uncancelled, missed appointments, we will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with our current price list. You can cancel or postpone your appointment anytime via omahohde.fi/en or by calling our customer service team (price: standard local network rate / standard mobile rate). You cannot cancel an appointment by email or text message. The contact information of our clinics’ customer service teams is available on the clinics page.

APPOINTMENT BOOKING BY PHONE

Each of our clinics has its own customer service team. The contact information of our clinics’ customer service teams is available on the Clinics page. The call charge is the standard local network rate / standard mobile rate.

ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING

You can also make an appointment online. The online appointment booking service is available around the clock at omahohde.fi/en. To ensure the security of our services, we use strong authentication for online appointment booking. If you have a service voucher, you can only make an appointment by phone. Please mention the service voucher when making the appointment.

ONLINE PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

You can provide your medical history information that is relevant to the treatment quickly and securely via a computer or mobile device before coming for your appointment. By filling in the form in advance, you can make your appointment even smoother. You can fill in the online preliminary information form in OmaHohde. You must first log in to the service, after which you will find the preliminary information form on the My Info tab. The information in the online preliminary information form will be forwarded directly to the specialist in charge of your treatment.

PATIENT DATA REPOSITORY OF THE KANTA SERVICES

Hammas Hohde Oy joined the Patient Data Repository of the Kanta Services on 19 January 2018. What this means for you, as our customer, is that your health and treatment information is saved not only in Hohde’s patient information system but also the national Patient Data Repository. Information is not transferred retroactively. The information saved in the national Patient Data Repository may only be accessed with your consent by public health care units, as well as private health care service providers that have joined the Patient Data Repository of the Kanta Services. The information saved in the national Patient Data Repository is processed confidentially and securely, and use of the information always requires a treatment relationship. You can manage your consents and denials in MyKanta.
The patient information system of Hammas Hohde Oy is linked to the Patient Data Repository that is part of the Kanta Services. The information may only be used if it is necessary for your treatment. Moreover, use of the information always requires a current treatment relationship with you. We save the key patient record entries in the repository. You can manage your consent and denial of consent to patient data sharing in the MyKanta service or at our clinics during your appointments.
